JB Series burners begin at 400 MBH input rating and go up to 16,800 MBH for light to heavy commercial applications. These multi-fuel burners are available in either the linkage or linkageless control systems and low emissions configuration.
JBS Series burners have been designed with efficiency in mind and are capable of running with low excess air and very low emissions. Sizes for the JBS and JBSX burners range from 40 to 400HP. The JBS series burner series is versatile enough to fire various gas and oil fuels, and features the highest turndown capability in the industry.
HDRV Series burners are engineered for heavy commercial and industrial applications, ranging from 12,600 MBH to 40,300 MBH input ratings. HDRV Series burners are designed for each specific application and can be installed in vertical, horizontal, left or right hand position. RV denotes Register Venturi technology featuring individually adjustable register vanes. This feature provides performance and versatility never before achievable in register burner packages.
The HDS or High Swirl burner is specifically engineered for Scotch Marine Firetube boiler, using the cylindrical furnace to contain the flame with a high swirl action. This product is available in 200 to 1500 HP sizes, firing gas, (Natural, Propane, Digester) oil and combination gas/oil. THis burner can provide very low emissions and higher turndowns.
The HDR_RF series is designed for Waterturbe Boilers from 10,000 MBH to 200,000 MBH and Firetube Boilers from 1,000 to 2,600 HP. The HDR-RF series are full register burners which allow for high turndown (up to 12:1 on gas) and the flame shaping necessary to fit diffrent furnace configurations.
The HDRMB is available for ultra low NOx applications in capacities ranging from 125 to 2,500 boiler horsepower, and can fire a wide range of fuels, including: Natural, LP, and Bio Gases, as well as No. 2 Oil, Amber 363, or Low Sulfur Diesel for applications requiring a back-up fuel. Guaranteed emissions for the HDRMB are as low as 9ppm NOx and 50ppm CO when firing natural gas.
